Phil is the Senior Vice President of Global Rights Acquisition and Subscription at FloSports. With a widespread career in the sports industry, Phil now leads FloSports’ efforts to acquire new events and grow existing sports verticals.
In his previous role at USA Today Sports, Phil increased high school sports advertising revenue by 400% through integrated partnerships with brands like Gatorade, Under Armour, Nike and American Family Insurance.
While working at ESPN, Phil led the organization’s first multimedia sales solutions group, overseeing high school sales strategy that included working across numerous, nationally televised properties such as the Under Armour All-America Game, ESPN RISE Games, high school football and basketball showcases and the National High School Invitational.
Phil graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor of arts in economics. He was a four-year letterman in varsity football, team MVP his senior year and elected to the All-Decade team.
Phil recently relocated from New York City to Austin, but remains loyal to his childhood town of Seattle and is a dedicated Seahawks and Mariners fan.
